What is Your Returns Policy?

You can return your item for any reason. We offer a no quibble 14 days return policy from the date of purchase. The item must be returned in original packaging and a re-sellable condition in order for your refund to be processed. Once received and checked a full item refund will be processed within the next 7 working days.

I've Changed My Mind About An Item?

All Items can be returned. You have 14 days from the date of purchase.

What Is The Process For Returns?

  1. Email to let us know that you wish to return the item.
  2. Return the item in the original packaging via a recorded or trackable service. (You are responsible for the costs of return.)
  3. The product must arrive back in an undamaged and re-sellable condition.

My Item Has Arrived Damaged, What Do I Do?

We take great care to ensure your item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives to you in perfect condition, however if this doesn't happen please email us with item details and pictures of the item and packaging. We will then advise from here!

I'm Not Happy With The Service, What Do I Do?

Please contact us, we are just two normal human beings. We sometimes may make a mistake, sometimes something may go wrong but we are here to help and want to rectify any issues or problems that arise for you.
